If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and our customer service Team will work with you to find a solution. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept open products.. However, we will offer a replacement item or a refund in certain circumstances if contacted within 7 days of receiving your order. Packages must be unopened for agreed upon Return/Refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we will do what it takes to ensure your happy with every purchase!
